Delete Account

This page explains how users of Unglue can request deletion of their account and associated data.

The recommended way to delete your account is inside the app. If you can access Unglue, you do not need to use this page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Unglue
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Follow the confirmation steps

Your account and associated data will be deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer access Unglue and need to delete your account, you can request deletion through Support with the subject line:

Please include the information associated with your account, such as your email address, so we can identify and process your request.

Data deleted when your account is deleted

When your account deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your Unglue account, which may include:

• Account information
• App settings and preferences
• Progress and usage data associated with your account
• Other personal data used to provide the Unglue service

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited data where necessary for:

• Legal obligations
• Security and fraud prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcing our agreements
• Required financial and tax record-keeping
• Temporary backup storage

Retention

Any retained data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is retained.

Some backup data may remain for a limited period until deleted in the normal backup cycle.
