This Privacy Policy applies to the Unglue app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Computer go beep AB (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

Mobile Messaging and SMS Communications

We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (for example IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent using the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise real time location data from your mobile device.

The Application may collect approximate location information derived from IP address to help the Service Provider:

• Provide region appropriate functionality and content
• Analyze aggregated usage patterns and improve Application performance
• Detect abuse and ensure service reliability

Any location data used is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to age and gender. This information is retained and used only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to assist the Service Provider in improving the Application and its functionality.

The Application uses third party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling. These include:

• Mixpanel
• RevenueCat

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who act on behalf of the Service Provider and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and use the information only to provide their services

Opt Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.

SMS recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains User Provided data only for as long as necessary to provide the Application’s functionality and for a reasonable period thereafter.

If you would like your data deleted, please contact the Service Provider at hello@unglue.app. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at hello@unglue.app.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your information and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
